Associate Lighting Design

Alistair has been 'Associate Lighting Designer' on many major productions in The United Kingdom in the last twenty years.
As an Associate Designer he has experience in many different genres of the performing arts. His work has involved him in everything from Operas at the Royal Albert Hall, through large scale events to West End Musicals.

• 'The Lion King' - Lyceum Theatre.
• 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' - Shaftsbury Theatre

For Jean Kalman

• 'The Beautiful Game' - Cambridge Theatre.

For Ken Posner

• 'Sideman' - Apollo Theatre.


He was Assistant Lighting Designer on the London Productions of 'Sunset Boulevard' – Adelphi Theatre, 'Crazy For You' - Prince Edward Theatre, 'Copacabana' - Prince of Wales Theatre,'Which Witch'- Picadilly Theatre, and for Cameron Mackintosh's 'Oliver' in Toronto.

Alistair has worked as the Senior Production Electrician on West End, Touring and International Productions including - 'The Witches of Eastwick' - Theatre Royal Drury Lane, 'Sunset Boulevard', 'Mama Mia', ' Les Miserables' - (Manchester, Paris and Madrid tour), 'Moby Dick', 'Oklahoma', 'Hey! Mr Producer', ' The Phantom of the Opera' (tour), ' Oliver' (UK tour, Toronto and Sydney, Australia) and 'Miss Saigon'(UKTour).
